Where we ship
We ship anywhere in Canada except Québec. We don't currently ship outside Canada.
Cost
Shipping is a flat $25.00 per order anywhere we ship.
Processing
Shipping in November. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships, and you can follow it in your account.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship as soon as the product is ready. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together.
Address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships. Members can save addresses in their account.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and repair, replace or refund the order.
