These terms apply when you use thesportsign.com or create a member account.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Accounts are for personal use.
- Your email address is your login. To protect your orders and warranty records, it can only be changed by contacting support.
- We may suspend an account that's used for fraud, abuse or to break these terms.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, upload malware, or upload content you don't have the right to share. Attachments you send to support (photos, screenshots) must be your own and must not contain anyone else's personal information.
Support and returns tools
Support tickets and return requests (RMAs) submitted through your account are records of our conversation about your order. We may use them to provide support and to resolve warranty claims.
Content
Text, images, logos and software on this site belong to The Sport Sign or its licensors. Don't copy them for commercial use without permission.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time through support. We keep order, tax and warranty records for as long as the law requires, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll ask you to accept it the next time you sign in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
